the computer doesnt recognize arduino

Hi,
I recently bought arduino uno and I installed Arduino IDE but when I connect the arduino, the computer doesnt recognize it (as shown in the picture that I attached) - i have windows 10

probably needs CH340 driver

That does have the ATmega16U2 USB-serial chip instead of CH340. So you can use the driver found in the drivers subfolder of the Arduino IDE installation folder.

Can you tell me which one exactly? there is a lot of files in the driver folder and how I install it?

Just point Windows to the driver folder and it should find the right one.

I already tried a few times it say that the best drivers are already installed
