The GPRS/GSM Shield from Labs - where do I buy it?

Hi,
i wanted to ask if and where can I buy the GPRS/GSM Shield from Arduino-Labs?

Could you please recommend me some other GPRS/GSM or better GPRS/GSM/GPS Shields?
I need that my Arduino sends SMS and I need that my Arduino receives SMS too.
Ii would be perfect when I find some Shield with a dedicated Library (like the GSM Library from Arduino-Labs) to send SMS, to receive SMS and to read the GPS Data.

I know, with GPS data I meant latitude and longitude.
