did you install the drivers for the usb to serial chip?

if not it’s the ch340g chip, install the drivers for the chip and try again

FTDI FT232 driver is located in the drivers subfolder of the Arduino IDE installation folder.

pert: FTDI FT232 driver is located in the drivers subfolder of the Arduino IDE installation folder.

i found thr folder but i didnt found anything with the name ftd and or ft232 can you please explain it better ?

The folder is named "FTDI USB Drivers"

pert: The folder is named "FTDI USB Drivers"

and i dont have this folder

That makes no sense but just look around on the FTDI website for the FT232 driver.
