The "Junkbotix Toy RC Car Robot Development Platform" on Youtube...

Mods: If this would be more appropriate in another topic forum, please let me know, or move it, etc - thank you!

So - years ago when I was more active on here (and maybe I should become more active again) - I was posting, responding, etc on this thread, "modding an RC car", about controlling a toy RC car that uses the TX2/RX2 chipset using an Arduino:

https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=86883.105

The thread is long dormant, but recently, I started up a Youtube channel, called "Junkbotix", where I'm currently doing a multi-part tutorial on that topic.

In part 6 (my latest posted video) I show how to use an Arduino doing the "direct signal injection" method, first figured out by an old forum poster named "mindprobe", who no longer appears active (?):

I have a couple more videos left to do in this series, but I wanted to let everyone know that while that thread may be old, and I may be crusty, I'm still playing around with the Arduino, and I hope that my videos can help out others.

Enjoy!

Part 7 of the Junkbotix Toy RC Car Robot Development Platform is up on YouTube:

It shows you how to add a deck to your robot platform, so you can experiment with sensors and other components!

Be sure to check out previous parts at my channel:

Enjoy!

Part 8 of the Junkbotix Toy RC Car Robot Development Platform is up on YouTube:

I show how to add sensors to your robot's deck, and build a servo-controlled ultrasonic scanner. Be sure to check it out!
