Use a pressure gauge, or for a water pump, measure the maximum height of water in a tube attached to the pump output, just before the flow stops. This is the maximum "head", which is directly related to output pressure.
Or read the pump data sheet and find the information.

Nice picture but useless, turning it so we can see the label would make it a good picture.
Take care that the pump is fully filled with liquid!
May be an XY Problem.
