I hit upon this as a result of a discussion on the forum the other day. The light bulb went on bright enough that I thought I should write it up on my lousy blog. I'm sure it's entirely possible that someone else realized this long ago, but it was a new idea to me. Criticisms welcome.

Thanks, I haven't forgotten your suggestion from a while back to work on some how-to doc. Have made a couple runs at it, but not much time lately. I hope things will be slowing down and I can dust it off again.
I have to laugh at this one though, it seems pretty obvious in retrospect, funny I hadn't stumbled on it before. Maybe because I'm usually in API mode.
