The win11 doesn't recognize ESP32, how to do?

Hi all.
my win11 can't use ESP32, how to fix please.
Guess it is not a rare question, may get some good news?
Thanks
Adam

It is a relative common question for windows in general. I use Linux and do not have those problems.

Hi @shanren. Make sure the USB cable is completely plugged into both the Arduino board and the PC.

If that doesn't help, you may have a damaged/defective or charge-only USB cable. Try a different cable.

Either of the above can result in the power connections being made (and thus LED lights on the board), but no data connections (and thus no port for the board).

No problem on mine, @shanren

Can you explain the EXACT problem you are having?

Are you using IDE1.8 or IDE2.0?

Have you installed the ESP32 into the IDE?
