Thermal sensors - please suggest

Hi,

I want to build a thermal camera, after looking at various posts seems the most popular choice is MLX90614ESF-BCI. However, this or the DCI version is not exactly cheap when you add the shipping cost.

Please suggest what other sensors with a small FOV are suitable (e.g. TPA81)?

Note : I want to use the thermal camera to scan for thermal leaks in walls, windows or other house insulations.
