I was just looking at the Thermisor2 writeup and was just curious about using one of the digital inputs instead of an analog input since the voltage it'll be reading is never going to be above 5V and that's all the digital side is measuring anyway... I have a pretty good grasp on analog circuits, but not so much on the digital side... is this even a feasible translation or should I be looking at doing a analog to digital circuit for my readings? The main reason is that I'm wanting to measure more temp points than I have analog inputs. Be warned that I know just enough to be dangerous at this point, but I'm learning! ;) Thanks! Chad

No your not up at that level yet.
From a digital input you will only ever read high or low so not much use for temperatures.

That's all the analogue inputs measure as well but this time you get a number from 0 to 1023 depending on the voltage from 0 to 5V.
Gotcha. Thanks GM! ADC it is then. C
