Thermocouple board

Please suggest a temperature measurement board suitable for reading K-type thermocouples.
My project involves acquiring data from 10 thermocouples placed in engine room of a car and logging it . I have come across offerings from "Playing with Fusion" with MAX31856 and MCP9601 boards.

Are there any other options that are faster, more accurate, and address grounding issues effectively

Any such sensor should work with any version of the Arduino IDE. Have you heard that the sensors you mentioned work only with IDE 2.x and don't work with 1.x for some reason?

If not, is there some other reason you posted this question in the IDE 2.x section?

Are your thermocouples grounded?

What temperature ranges do you want to read?
How often?

Your topic does not indicate a problem with the IDE and therefore has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum.
