As part of a project I'm working on I needed a breakout board to test the AD8495 thermocouple chip.
This great little chip returns 0.005V / degree Celsius meaning you don't need any libraries and only use 1 Arduino pin.

That looks like a nice chip, very limited temp range but if that suits it would be easy to use.
