Thin Film Lithium Battery?

Wikipedia tells me, these things are the ultimate battery:

But: Are they available anywhere? Can I actually buy thin film rechargeable batteries anywhere?

I found these: http://www.powerstream.com/thin-lithium-ion.htm But they simply appear to be super thin LiPo batteries, they dont have the awesome 10.000 charge cycles that thin film ones supposedly have...

any links, pointers, ideas comments?

Looks like it is still in science-fair mode. There are probably companies selling into niche markets, but I wouldn’t expect to be able to find this technology in the open market, yet.
