this is what im getting everytime i try to upload the code to my arduino uno

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Check windows device manager which port shows after connecting the device. That's the port to select in the IDE.

Do not connect anything to pins 0 and 1 while uploading.

If no port shows in device manager but an unknown device shows, you probably have a clone with the CH349 usb-to-ttl adapter chip and you need to install the driver.
