I've got a couple of TIL 143 devices that I've had for many years, I have just come across them in one of my bags of bits.
I finally have a use for them but can't find the spec sheet for them. I have found info for several similar devices but they have a different arrangement for their pinouts.
Any help in tracking down a data sheet would be most gratefully received.

I couldn't find a datasheet, but I did cross-reference it to NTE3100 with pinout here: http://www.nteinc.com/specs/3100to3199/pdf/nte3100.pdf
Or you can use a multimeter on diode-test to ID the LED pins and the phototransistor if you shine a light on it, it will turn on.
Many thanks for the link. I'll have a go at using it to test the TIL143 tonight.
It's very strange how a component from a major company like TI has just vanished, in the most part, from the web.
