I'm using photodiode to detect signal in time domain
and I want to change the graph to frequncy domain by using fast fourier tranform to know its frequncy.
How could I do that?
The arduino library has all the math functions you need to do this.
Can you be more specific about which one should I use?

Any one with FFT in the name, they are much the same. Do a search.
Not sure why this is in the LED and multiplexing section, it is about neither.
