TinkerKit Library Help?

I made a TinkerKit LCD Module Library and I don't think that there is anything wrong with it but I keep getting the "unqualified-id" error while compiling it. Please Help?

This is HelloWorldLibrary.h

ifndef HelloWorldLibrary_h

define HelloWorldLibrary_h

include "matrix_lcd_commands.h"

include "TKLCD.h"

include "Wire.h"

include "LiquidCrystal.h"

include "TinkerKit.h"

class HelloWorldLibrary { public: void startupLocal(); void setupLCD(); void displayHello(); void displayWorld(); }

endif

And this is HelloWorldLibrary.cpp

include "HelloWorldLibrary.h"

include "matrix_lcd_commands.h"

include "TKLCD.h"

include "Wire.h"

include "LiquidCrystal.h"

include "TinkerKit.h"

void HelloWorldLibrary::startupLocal(){ TKLCD_Local lcd = TKLCD_Local(); }

void HelloWorldLibrary::setupLCD(){ lcd.begin(); lcd.clear(); }

void HelloWorldLibrary::displayHello(){ lcd.clear(); lcd.print("Hello"); delay(500); }

void HelloWorldLibrary::displayWorld(){ lcd.clear(); lcd.print("World!"); lcd.delay(500); }

You can't compile a library by itself. It is compiled as part of the sketch you didn't post. The error messages gives a lot more information than you posted.

Without the additional details, all we can do is wish you luck.

#include <HelloWorldLibrary.h>
#include <matrix_lcd_commands.h>
#include <TKLCD.h>
#include <Wire.h>
#include <LiquidCrystal.h>
#include <TinkerKit.h>

HelloWorldLibrary.startupLocal();

void setup(){
HelloWorldLibrary.setupLCD();
}
void loop(){
HelloWorldLibrary.displayHello();
HelloWorldLibrary.displayWorld();
}

That is the sketch that was getting errors.
Also this is the error that happened everytime I used HelloWorldLibrary
“error: expected unqualified-id before ‘.’ token sketch20a.ino: in function ‘void loop()’:”
and that just repeats

What, exactly is, in the context of the loop() function, a HelloWorldLibrary? If is NOT an instance of the HelloWorldLibrary class. It is not a scope resolution operator. The compiler, and I, have no idea what you intend for it to be.
