TinySine WiFi Shield problems

I have recently bought a TinySine WifiBee shield, but I can’t really seem to get it to work.

Well, I manage to get it up and running, and I manage to Telnet to it and read its output which means it
is connected to the WiFi.

BUT when i try to use one of the premade programs in “Example → Wifi”, it says “WiFi shield not present”.

As far as I have googled and searched, I’ve concluded that the “WiFi.h” library is not intended for the TinySine shield.

But, if that is the case, I can not find any library that supports the shield.

I have read that other people here has similar problems with the shield, but I have yet to find a thread where they found an answer.

Is there anyone here that has any info regarding this problem?

I really want to make use of this shield, and so far I can’t see any…

Thank you for all info!

The "WiFibee" is not a clone of the Arduino WiFi Shield and is apparently not compatible with the WiFi library. You will need to find a library and examples specific to the WiFibee.

Did you Gargle TinySine WifiBee arduino
