TLS issues

Using this link from download page -
https://downloads.arduino.cc/arduino-1.8.12-windows.exe

In Chrome->
This site can’t provide a secure connectiondownloads.arduino.cc uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

In MS Edge →
Cannot securely connect to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

Any ideas how get past this issue?

Enable TLS.
Check your computers security settings.

Arduino do NOT deploy changes near the weekend and if it was a security issue it would be expected to see more people reporting it.

Just tried FF, Chrome, IE, Edge (Chromium) and none report any errors here on downloads.
