Hi
I am using TMR1202S bipolar hall sensor in my project. i am facing some problem, the output of TMR1202S goes low when south pole of the magnet is applied parallel and if i remove the south pole suddenly then the output goes high, same issue with the north pole.
I tried to connect the 0.1 microfarad capacitor between vcc and ground but still the same issue.
My power supply is 3.6v. could you please help me to solve the issue.
Thank you in advance.
To me, that sounds exactly like how a hall effect switch on a pulled up input should act. What do you think that it should do?
Bipolar hall sensor is different. What you are telling is omnipolar hall sensor.
Bipolar hall sensor output will be low when South Pole is placed and it should become high only when the North Pole of magnet is placed.
But in my case when I place South Pole output will be low and if I remove magnet it should low until I place North Pole. But here is becoming high as soon as I remove South Pole
So simple complement the output in your software (!) will work depending on your code. This response is to help you get started in solving your problem, not solve it for you.
Good Luck & Have Fun!
