To increase the Output Voltage and Current

I'm doing a Project in which I need to use 12--5V, 0.37A. As a Single Arduino Board can't provide such high Output, I needed to know which components(or Driver Circuits) can be used to get such output?

A driver is most often built up using components.
Depending on your application, those parts may be relays or transistors.

Not sure about your notation of 12 - - 5V
That driver spanning +/- voltages will be a little more complex.

What does "12--5V, 0.37A" mean to you? Do you mean you have 12 components and each of them needs 5V @ .37A? Or you need a variable voltage between 12V and 5V? How is the Arduino powered?

More details of your project would probably help us understand what you're asking.

How about a 5V power supply?

I’m guessing the OPs question relates to a power supply that spans +12V to -5V
Not sure, as not much detail has surfaced.
