Wait--how did this turn into a sparkfun hate group all of a sudden? Either way, they're a business and their business is to sell things to get money. Can't blame them for doing that.
Yes... SparkFun got seems to have gotten singled out I guess. Someone made it sound like SPARKFUN "news" was actually spam and should get redacted while other stuff should not. I personally disagree. These vendors rely on us and much of SparkFun's offerings are very useful to the Arduino crowd. Being told about new stuff by anyone is worthy of the news forum.
I love the little red boxes I get from SparkFun. My only complaint was their $100 give away contest, cause I couldn't get in and win :-[

I wasn't speaking for others, I was sarcastically noting that SF doesn't have all the friends it deserves here. But whatever... You guys sure did get all excited about it tho

@Massimo Banzi, what i got in my browser window was a message saying i did not have permission to view that page and my post did not show in my post history either, i may have presumed (Wrongly) that the post had been censored for mentioning Amicus, i know some softwares will filter certain words, sorry for missunderstanding, i have used other forums which have been heavily into censorship and biased towards their own products and it's not been alot of fun, im glad to hear Arduino Forum is not one of them though
