Today my IDE 2.3.2 hung and would not exit

Had to shut the IDE down with the task manager. Hadn't done anything special. I was having trouble programming an ATTiny84A with a USBasp. Both worked in the past and worked after restarting the IDE.

I get this occasionally, when the computer has been sitting for a while. And probably the computer went into sleep mode...

Happens after hibernate as well.

And, no communication between PC and micro (but can sometimes be corrected by replugging the USB port).
