If anyone is using the GOOTEE method for toner transfer... http://fullnet.com/~tomg/gooteepc.htm
I have an update. I was using Staples' 100 Sheet box of "photo basic" "gloss" paper but has changed... the old SKU (Item Number) for the 100-sheet package is: 471865 and recently bought another package... (which I thought was the same and turned out to be "Photo Basic Gloss" #648181. Stay away from this stuff. It has a plastic coating that will fuse to the toner and the copper. So well, in fact that the only way to remove the coating now fused to the whole copper face is to SCORE it... soak in Acetone and scrape with a razor. Not fun.
So I went on a quest for new paper... and found it.
Staples "Color Laser Paper, Gloss Finish, Heavyweight" 300 Sheets, SKU#633215 $11:99
Either side of the paper can be used.
Within on a few seconds of submerging in a cold water bath... the paper releases... in one piece almost completely. It acts almost like decal paper. About 15 seconds of further light scrubbing with an old toothbrush o other soft bristle brush will remove all remaining remnants of paper.
The older paper I was using took almost 10 minutes of peeling small bits at a time.... very annoying by comparison.
