too much current?

Hi!

Will it be too much for a arduino mega if I connect a 3.95" TFT LCD touchscreen, stepper motor (28BYJ-48 5V) and a RTC module(DS1302) at the same time?

No problem.

Remember that you must supply power to the stepper motors and touchscreen separately from the Arduino; you cannot use the Arduino 5 V or 3V3 pins unless for the 5 V supply, you are actually feeding an external fully regulated 5 V supply into the 5 V terminal to power it.
