Hi All,
Want to report that my Toshiba ENCORE 2, 8", win8.1 tablet is now working fine with uno.
Had to deal with turning off unsigned driver enforcement in win8.
Also had to have a OTG micro usb 2.0 to usb(M-F) cable.
This hooked to STANDARD arduino USB cable.
Normal UNO operation so far.
Got the tablet new for $189.
