Touch button on tablet Screen PRESS and RAISE To transmit ASCII with HC05

Hello,

While I press on the Touch button tactil , I transmit one ASCII caracter; one LED output on Arduino UNO whill be HIGTH.
When I raise my finger from the screen, (from button tactil) , this LED will be LOW.

No button STOP on the screen.

How to do that ?
I have Tablet, HC05, Arduino UNO

Give me please solutions,
