Touch screen in my Truck

Im building a center console in my truck and have decided to opt out for the lame toggle switches and use a touch screen. I have wrote almost all the code for what i would like to do and now need to start incorporating the screen into it.

the project is that i want to control and view multiple things on one screen in my truck. each item below i would like to have its own screen.

  • 8 "switches" to control relays (mainly lights and some extras)
  • rearview camera w/ park assist (able to turn assist on and off for when I'm pulling a trailer)
  • front camera w/ park assist (able to turn assist on and off)
  • screen for displaying PSI in an air tank and an on/off switch
  • an AUX in for viewing movies/etc

I could use some advice on w screen to use as I'm not familiar with them. Ive been looking at the 5" touch screen from Adafruit and the RA8875 driver.

All advice is welcome.

Camera, viewing movies... Not a job for an arduino, unless 0.5 FPS is ok
