TouchOsc Button + Processing and Arduino to control a Servomotor

Hi everyone !

Still a bit new to the Arduino world...

I'm trying to use a button in TouchOsc (on iPhone) to control a servomotor connected to my Arduino.
OSC is sent to Arduino via Proccessing.

I'd like to make my servo behave like a solenoid, so that when I push the button (one time only) it goes to its max position and comes back to its start position already.

Can someone here help me to do that ? It's for a school project.

Help we do, doing it for you we don't.

Processing communicates with the Arduino through the serial port. So send the instructions to the Arduino, and have it catch them and do the action accordingly.

So the first thing you have to do is to map out what messages you are going to send between each of the three components. Once you have done that you can begin to look at the implementation.
