Touchscreen to control relays

I'm new to all of this I'm looking into making a touchscreen to control either 4 or 6 relays via push button on the touchscreen. I'd like a 3" - 4" screen. I'd prefer to pay someone to do it for me if someone can point me in the right direction. Or I'll try to do it myself and I need a parts list!

If the only purpose of this is to turn relays on and off, why is a computer needed instead of an array of switches? Is there other functionality that will be needed that you are not mentioning?

No just turning on and off relays. Switches are plain would like to modernize the Interior. Plus it'll look sweet!

Northwest*

That's actually more of a direction. What country are you in? Everything is Northwest of something.

Sorry I guess you didn't see the post above NW suburbs of Chicago, Illinois

Ah! No I didn't, I'm lazy.

Ok, thanks!

Do you have the parts yet, Are you thinking momentary buttons or latching switches? How much are you willing to pay?

is it possible to use web interface ?
Use phone instead of touchscreen?

I don't have any parts yet. Would be latching switches. And it's hard to put a price on something I know nothing about.

Im in South East Wisconsin... (not too far form ya!)..

I'm not clear..

do you want to use a touchscreen? or a physical buttons/switches?

This is confusing:
"via push button on the touchscreen" there it seems like this would just be a touchscreen gui/interface?

What this about momentary and latching (physical) switches then?

Like this?

(But with different buttons)

Touch screen calculator.

Yes I want to use the touchscreen to control the relays.

Something more like this

When you say "control" relays - did you want a display with four/six buttons and when you touch them the corresponding relay goes on/of? Or did you need something like

"when I touch button A, relay 1 should close, then after 100ms relays 2,3, and 4 should close and open in sequence, each closing for 250ms with a gap of 100ms between. After relay 4 has opened, there should be a 100ms gap, then relay 1 should open and relay 5 should close if the light tlevbel is below 50, and relay 6 should close otherwise, unless button B is set to "blue""

What I'm saying is "control 4 relays" could hide a lot of requirements.
