Yes... used them many times. Hooked one up to a solar panel to keep 18650s topped up.
About an amp is all they can handle without getting warm.
I sold them for a while and one clown put over 3A through one of them trying to charge 3 x 18650s in parallel.
The ones with the seperate load terminals has the DW01 chip to prevent over and under discharge of the li-ion cell. Cut offs 2.4 and 4.25.
