Hi... Just transferring my project from breadboard to protoboard, and just checking if I accidentally created any shorts with my soldering. I have 3 X TPIC6B595 chips mounted, and every chip is giving conductivity between the RCK pin and the GND pin, and no obvious short. Is this normal and OK?
Never mind, found it! Missed breaking one of the copper rows
