Transferring high quality image to matlab using arduino

Hello,

This is my first post and I am very new to Arduino so please try to help as clearly as you possibly can. I wish to build a robot which requires a high quality image from a 1080 or 720p webcamera to be transferredto arduino. The image then needs to be wirelessly transferred to a computer which can process the image in MatLab. I am not sure what particular boards I would need or how i would go about doing this. Please advice.

No Arduino can handle that, actually not even low end computers can handle HD images..

There was a post not so long ago (max 14 days?) with a similar question, and someone replied with a link to a wireless webcam that could sent the images to a PC but the Arduino was in control for panning & tilting .
