Transformers Types

Hello All,
I need to buy a high speed ferrite core transformers.
i found there are E , I types of cores and i knew its the shape of the core, for example
EE or EI.
but the thing i didn't understand is the number after the shape code,
such as EE14 EI16 etc

can somebody explains for me what are these numbers ?

How much power?
What is the application?

turn ratio ~140
inductance ~ 4.5H :250uH

Please what is the full application?
As you have found there are many types of transformers and the exact use is very important to choice.
