It looks as though there is a different version of the PCB that does have pads for connecting a standard AVR ICSP programmer.
There is an instructable, that confirms the microcontroller is an ATmega328, and gives details of how to re-program it.
You should be able to work out where you need to make the ICSP connections from the following schematic:
