Translation of "International > Português" category's pinned topics

Ok, in my opinion there´s no need for this topic, since it sounds clear what the International>... areas are for. I see that French part doesn´t have a similiar topic, while Nederlands has the same "meaningless" pattern. Shouldn´t we jump directly to "how to get the best of this forum" and keep it as the only fixed topic?

I think this is a reasonable approach. I have now unpinned that topic so will no longer take up space in the category's topic listings. Thanks for the suggestion!

The About the Português category topic still exists (it has a special handling by the forum software so we should avoid deleting it), but now that it is unpinned it will be buried under thousands of other topics in the category so its existence doesn't have any impact on the users.
