I am wondering if it is possible to transmit information from one Arduino to another Arduino through the human body. Thanks for the help in advance.

Use a display so the human can see and use a keyboard so the human can respond.

I've seen such a project for detection of foil fencing hits in the forum.

Otherwise you should specify how you want to transmit information without a circular circuit. That works through air but then humans are more obstacles than conductors.
