Anyone know of a transparent LCD screen I could use for a project?
I found a couple, but the datasheets were short and unhelpful, so if someone could offer me any advice on interfacing it would be great!

they are pretty much all transparent, it's the backlight and background which gives them color or what you probably think is their color. Start reading here:
