I'm a newbie when it comes to Arduino, and I'm having trouble finding parts for some of the projects (and I HAVE looked). I need:
an Arduino compatible stepper motor
a U2004 Darlington Array
an SN 754410 Darlington Array
Can anyone offer some suggestions?
Jeff
I assume you meant ULN2004
Well, [Digikey](http://search.digikey.com/us/en/products/ULN2004AFWG(O,EL,M/ULN2004AFWG(OELMCT-ND/2347718) for one.
Also found Smart Programmable USB Hubs, Automation Sensors, Manufacturing Test Equipment
This was just using Google. I also found e-bay suppliers.
The usual suspects are Digikey, Mouser, Farnell (Newark) and Dipmicro.
I don't know anything about stepper motors, but you'll need to supply more info about what you're planning on doing before anyone will be able to recommend anything.
Hi, some how-to here: http://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/StepperMotors
An example here: http://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/SmallSteppers
what are you trying to do??
an Arduino compatible stepper motor
No such thing. Depending what you mean by compatible there are no stepping motors you can connect directly to the arduino. Conversley there are no stepping motors you can't control via an arduino.
There are two types of stepping motor see:-
