hi. i have an NG connected on the most recent version of the Arduino software and the latest Mac OS. When i try to load the program onto it i get this error avrdude: stk500_recv(): even though i reset the arduino. another arduino ng works fine.
any suggestions? 
What sort of blinking does an LED on pin 13 do when you reset the board? You might try swapping the chips between the two boards to see if the problem is with the chip or the board.
