Trouble Posting To Twitter

I've followed the instructions on http://arduino-tweet.appspot.com/ exactly and have both the Ethernet and Twitter libraries downloaded but continue to get "Connection failed."
Has anyone else had this problem or know what I can do to solve it?

Can you contact any other server? Starting with twitting is not all that bright.

I have a habit of jumping into things without thinking them out properly.

I'll try the TelnetClient sketch from the Ethernet examples, shall I?
