Trouble to flash ATMEGA328-P R3 plus from Sharewave

I'm a beginner in electronic. I try to flash my card to activate it, using Avrdude, and i can't find the link to put in the section "Flash". I try with Arduino and it don't work (message error)
If someone can help me... Thank's
