I recently received an Arduino Uno off of RC Groups for a school project. As I am learning to use it I am trying to upload the Blink-Again program. However I keep getting the same error every time I try (Image attached below). I've tried a different cable and checked the firewall settings. I just can't get it to work so any help would be appreciated
