Trouble uploading to Kaimana mini

when i try to upload a sketch for my kaimana mini i keep getting error messages.

what am i doing wrong?

Do you have a link (URL)? We might find the wrong product if we search ourselves.

What does Windows device manager say about the board? Usually it will have a com port that changes to another one when the upload starts; does that happen?

Please enable (in file -> preferences) verbose output during upload and disable verbose output during compilation. Next post the complete output when the upload fails.
