I have a problem with windows 10, I install arduino nano with Chinese driver but the pc doesn't recognize it. I have McAfee installed too. How must I do to use my arduino nano please?

Does windows even make the "new hardware" sound when you plug in your board ?
Have you tried other USB cables ?
Have you tried USB 2.0 ports ?
Have you disconnected anything that is connected to the board ?
Are you sure it is CH340 and not CP2102 ?
