My hardware tested out good (using test firmware), however when I tried to use the repetier firmware and move just the x axis, both x and y motors turned, also they both turn when I tried z. Why are only my x and y motors moving together?
Either a wiring error or a configuration error. Not knowing your wiring or configuration it is hard to guess what the exact error (or errors) might be.
