Trouble with uploading our program to the arduino board

Whenever we try to upload the program, it say this Arduino: 1.8.0 (Windows 8.1), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 1888 bytes (5%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.
Global variables use 55 bytes (2%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1993 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM1": Den angivne fil blev ikke fundet.

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

And we dont now how to fix it either, were new to Arduino, and if anyone knows how to fix it, please help! (Also, this: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/HelloWorld?from=Tutorial.LiquidCrystal is the code were having troule with)

You need to select the COM port of your Arduino from the Tools > Port menu. If that menu is grayed out then you may need to install a driver.

The problem uploading is unrelated to the code. This issue will happen with any code.

Do you have a folder named readme.txt in C:\Users\Christoffer\Documents\Arduino\libraries? The Arduino IDE shouldn't display that warning for a file named readme.txt at that location. Well either way the way to get rid of the warning is to move readme.txt out of C:\Users\Christoffer\Documents\Arduino\libraries.

That warning is not the cause of your upload issue but it's kind of annoying to see it all the time so worth the effort to make it go away.

I get the error message in the attachment whenever I try to upload any sketch to my Duemilanove on my Windows 10 computer. I am using the v 1.8.1 Arduino IDE. I have checked com port and board type and everything looks good. I also had the same problem when trying to upload the same example sketches to an Uno. I would appreciate some help. All drivers are up to date.
