Troubles USB driver Windows 10

Hi,

I'm having troubles with recognition of an Arduino Uno R3 connected to a Windows 10 machine. When connecting the USB cable, the pc doesn't recognizes the Arduino board. So there will be no COM ports available, and that's why it's impossible to update the Arduino driver.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Rudy

Maybe you have a clone with the CH340 chip.

I do have a clone, but how do I solve the issue?

The problem is not Windows 10.

The problem is the chinese USB/Serial chip (CH340).

You need to install the correct driver to get your board working.
