Seems like SPAM to me (well, actually a test of the system to post SPAM, I suppose)? Hopefully I am proven wrong...
I think they wanted to post in the scandinavian forum

It's danish
and the message is: "Hi this is a test".
It seems more like a test to see if the OP can post on the forum rather than a test to see if the OP can SPAM the forum.
