trying 2 loops

Hi all, newbie to arduino here. I was eperimenting with some different functions and i found this: http://arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/MultipleBlinks. Idea is pretty basis but yet i’m stuck. Void loop works seperatly but when i try to add scheduler for void loop2 (line28) i get an error saying 'expected unqualified-id before ‘.’ token.
I only am trying to blink led on pin 1 seperate from the main loop for a project i am planning. Hope some can give me advice ! Thx.

check the "blink without delay" example how to merge multiple pieces of code without the use of the BLOCKING delay function.

The demo several things at a time is an extended example of the BWoD technique.
