Trying to convert files to be compatible with Arduino

I’m trying to convert .pde files to .ino files, but do not have a solution so far. I’ve tried and searched, but still nothing. If anyone knows how to do it, please explain. It would be a great help. Thanks.

For the most part, you don't have to do a thing.

I've tried and searched, but still nothing.

I noticed that. No code. No errors. No description of the problem. Nothing but whining.

If anyone knows how to do it, please explain.

It? Pronouns without referents are next to useless.

The 1.0.5 version of the IDE has an option under preferences to convert .pde files to .ino.

If your sketch/library includes WProgram.h or WConstants.h you would need to change it to Arduino.h, for example:

#if defined(ARDUINO) && ARDUINO >= 100
#include "Arduino.h"

#else
#include "WProgram.h"
#include "WConstants.h"
#endif

Should work for either the older IDE or the newer ones.

I was able to get it to work using your suggestion. Thanks for the help!

Great!
